1. Status of the platform

Kivo.lv is an online classified advertising platform. Kivo.lv is NOT a real estate agency, intermediary, broker or party to any transaction. Kivo.lv does not take part in transactions, negotiations or the conclusion of contracts between users.

2. User obligations

The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information published, the content of the listing, compliance with applicable law, and communication with other users. Kivo.lv does not verify listing content or the identity of users.

3. User accounts

Accurate information must be provided. The user is responsible for the security of their account. Impersonating another user is prohibited.

4. Listings

Publishing misleading or unlawful information is prohibited, as are duplicate listings and fraud. Kivo.lv reserves the right to delete or suspend listings without explanation.

5. Rights to content

By submitting a listing, the user confirms that they hold the rights to its content and grants Kivo.lv a free, non-exclusive right to use that content for publication, display, reproduction, and for promoting the platform and its listings, including on social media.

6. Paid services

Prices are shown on the site at the time of purchase and may change. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Payments are processed by third parties.

7. Limitation of liability

Kivo.lv accepts no liability for listing content, transactions between users, financial losses, fraud or disputes, or the legal status or condition of a property. Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.

8. Suspension of accounts

Kivo.lv reserves the right to suspend or delete a user account in the event of a breach of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The design, structure and brand of Kivo.lv are the property of Kivo.lv.

10. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.

11. Changes

These terms may be changed at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
